We met as Momagers navigating the ins and outs of the industry. Once we realized the dreams of our kids had become our passion; it was a natural progression expanding this passion to other talented individuals.

TSM Ent3rprise, LLC was co-founded by Sherry Parks and Tequilla DeVaughn. At TSM Ent3rprise, LLC we provide unique development guidance, services, and experiences for the talent we represent. TSM Ent3rprise Talent benefit from complementary head shot sessions, courses and workshops, content creation, and portfolio building opportunities in addition to personalized talent development.

We believe in being honest and upfront with everyone. Our goal is to see you achieve your goals. We have a passion for success, an undeniable drive, a great work ethic, and the determination needed to make a mark in this industry. We are more than managers, producers, and content creators. Meet the Founders

Tequilla DeVaughn, MS

Sherry Parks, MAED;MSHR

TSM Ent3rprise, LLC Chief Executive Officer. Tequilla is a seasoned photographer and TSM Ent3rprise, LLC Director of interpersonal relations. She is one half of the developmental team at which she specializes in visual marketing, talent development, executive producing, and talent development. Tequilla has a BS in Psychology and MS in the Studies of Human Behavior. She is currently completing coursework for her Doctorate in Psychology. Her inspiration to thrive in the entertainment business comes from her humanitarian spirit and benevolence.

Sherry Parks, MAED;MSHR

TSM Ent3rprise, LLC Chief Executive Officer. Sherry is a well versed executive producer and TSM Ent3rprise, LLC Director of Human Resources. She is one half of the developmental team. Her specializations include risk management, casting, and talent development.

Sherry has acquired a BA in Human Resources, a MSHR Human Resource Management, as well MAED in Adult education and training. She is motivated to progress the industry to ensure others accomplish their dreams.
